BluMint Inc. (“BluMint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy describes the information collection and use practices of BluMint in connection with our website located at https://www.blumint.com/ (the “Website”) and our gaming platform (“Platform”) that is made available through our Website.

Billing Information

In order to make platform purchases, you will be required to provide certain payment-related information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, activation code, bank information, and similar information (“Billing Information”). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our Third Party Payment Processor pursuant to the terms and condition of their privacy policies and terms of use. BluMint does collect, store or process any Billing Information.

From Your Activity. In an ongoing effort to improve the Website, and the Platform, we automatically collect certain information when you visit the Website, and/or access and/or use our Platform. This information includes but shall not limited to, IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Website and Platform you visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Website, and the Platform (“Activity Information”).

When you use our website and enter your email address on our website (either to log in, or sign up for a newsletter, or similar), we may share with solution providers and its group companies information that we collect from you, such as your email (in hashed, pseudonymous form), IP address, or information about your browser or operating system, with any of the following, acting as “joint controllers” (as applicable and defined in the GDPR).

Public Information Observed from Blockchain

We may collect information from your activity that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains (“Blockchain Activity Information”). This may include blockchain address and information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs and we may combine and/or associate this information with the other information we have about you.

How We Use and Share Your Information

You authorize us to use the Contact Information, Account Information, Blockchain Activity Information, and Other Information (collectively, the "Information") to provide our Website and Platform to you, solicit your feedback, inform you about our products and services and those of our third-party marketing partners, and to improve our products and services.

Agents, Providers and Related Third Parties. We may engage other companies and individuals to perform certain business-related functions on our behalf. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.

Our servers are located in the United States.
